The primary responsibility of a CDLA Company Driver is to operate company-owned commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods over varying distances, ensuring secure and prompt deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive designated company vehicles to deliver cargo to specified locations
- Prioritize the safety and compliance of the vehicle by conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow prescribed routes and schedules diligently, emphasizing punctuality
- Document driving activities carefully to stay in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain a transparent line of communication with dispatchers concerning delivery updates and any obstacles faced along the way
- Take necessary precautions to secure and handle the cargo efficiently to avoid any damage
- Uphold traffic laws and adhere to the policies of the organization without fail
- Assist in the movement of freight during loading and unloading activities
- Grasp of rules and regulations designed to promote safety and efficiency in traffic flow
- Teamwork and communication
Requirements:
- Valid CDLA with 2+ Years of Recent Driving Experience
- No More than 4 Moving Violations in the Previous 3 Years
- No DOT Defined Accidents During the Previous 3 Years
- No Serious Offenses in the Previous 3 Years or Pattern of Unsafe Practices
- Time management, Route planning & Logbook Management
- Must Perform Vehicle Inspection
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
