- Improve and maintain the JobPeak.io platform

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Carriers and Employers
If you express interest in or apply for a position through JobPeak.io, your contact information and application data may be shared with the carrier or employer associated with that listing for recruiting and hiring purposes.
4.2 Partner Platforms
JobPeak.io operates as part of an ecosystem that includes appfunnels.io and audiencetarget.ai, all operated by Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. Your information may be routed between these platforms as part of the driver recruiting workflow. All platforms operate under the same privacy standards and are not considered third parties to each other.
4.3 Service Providers
We work with third-party vendors to operate our platform, including CRM systems, SMS delivery services, analytics providers, and hosting infrastructure. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own independent purposes.
4.4 SMS Data — Non-Sharing Requirement
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opted-in contacts may receive the following types of SMS messages: job opportunity notifications, application status updates, interview scheduling confirmations, recruiter follow-up, and document reminders.
5.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your application activity and job search status. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
5.4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
5.5 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. 5.6 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Meta & TikTok Advertising
JobPeak.io and its associated campaigns may utilize Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel tracking technologies for the purpose of measuring advertising effectiveness, optimizing campaign delivery, and building retargeting audiences. Digital Marketing Gen, Inc. acts as the agency of record (AOR) for Meta and TikTok lead generation campaigns that route applicants to JobPeak.io and associated platforms.
Data collected through Meta and TikTok lead forms is subject to the respective platform privacy policies in addition to this policy. We do not sell lead data collected through these platforms to unaffiliated third parties.
To manage your Meta advertising preferences visit facebook.com/ads/preferences. To manage TikTok ad preferences visit your TikTok account settings.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
