What we offer
- Leader Freight Systems is hiring experienced over-the-road drivers! We offer a variety of trailer types and modern equipment to keep you comfortable and productive on the road. Over the road positions with all trailer types: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed
- 12% company commission, driver will get 88% of each load!
Available trucks, from 2019 to 2026, all automatic:
= 2018/2019. International, Volvo, Freightliner - $600-$700 weekly
= 2020/2022/2023/2024/2025 Freightliner, Volvo, International, KW - $800-1200 weekly
= 2026 Freightliner, Volvo, International, Peterbilt- $1300 weekly
- contract will last 2-3 years
= DEDUCTIONS:
trailer lease to buy - dry van 2024/25 models $300 weekly, flatbed $350 weekly
cargo insurance & auto-liability - $250 weekly
ELD - $35 weekly

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum of 1–2 years OTR driving experience preferred
Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
Ability to operate and secure all types of trailers (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
Must be comfortable with long-haul routes and staying on the road for extended periods (2-3 weeks out)
Ability to follow safety regulations and company policies
Must be reliable, professional, and committed to excellent service
