What we offer
- Leader Freight Systems is hiring experienced over-the-road drivers! We offer a variety of trailer types and modern equipment to keep you comfortable and productive on the road. Over the road positions with all trailer types: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed
- Modern trucks (2023–2026) with automatic transmission: Kenworth, International, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvo
- New equipment: inverter, fridge, microwave, APU
- Competitive pay: Dry Van 60–65 cpm, Reefer 65 cpm, Flatbed 70 cpm
- Average 3,000 miles weekly, all miles paid (loaded & empty)

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum of 1–2 years OTR driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
- Must be comfortable with long-haul routes and staying on the road for extended periods (2-3 weeks out)
- Ability to follow safety regulations and company policies
- Must be reliable, professional, and committed to excellent service
