liAssist in training all new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists and Standard Operating Guidelines/li

liManage and support side work, daily and detail cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures/li
liMaintain working knowledge of Fuzziwigs recipes and prepared foods/li
