- Must be 18+ years old
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and addressing any questions or concerns
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bussing tables and cleaning dining areas
- Upsell and promote additional menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment is preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic food handling practices is a plus
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to learn and operate the POS system effectively
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional service
