Earning Potential- Earn $76-85K your first year!
- New drivers average $1,500 - $1,725 per week (Based on experience)
- Increase your earning potential with tenure, Driver Scorecard, and Certified RED programs!
- Fleet Top 30% earn $1,775 - $2,100 per week ($93-110K per year)
Pay Features- Door to door practical miles—empty & loaded
- $1,300 - $1,400 weekly guarantee (based on exp). If your miles are short (delays, breakdowns, etc.) you’ll still earn the guaranteed amount.
- Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters—$200/day
- Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
- $20 for pickups & deliveries
- $12 for trailer relays and shuttles
- $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1 hour)
- $270-$280/day layover pay
Road Warrior Program (optional)–out 3-4 weeks - + $0.02/mile and +$50 on your weekly guarantee
Early Exit OptionWe believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $1,000 bonus. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.

Driver Requirements- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- 6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
