We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our logistics team in Grand Forks, ND. This full-time role involves operating company vehicles to support regional transportation needs, ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods across designated routes. The ideal candidate will be experienced, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.Key Responsibilities- Operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed trailers, in full compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.- Responsible for loading and unloading, securing and transporting goods safely and efficiently, using chains, binders, and ratchet straps.- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.- Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation.- Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics personnel.- Uphold safety and compliance standards and contribute to a positive team environment.- Additional duties to support Grand Forks Operations (Production, Warehouse).- Safely operate tractor-trailer on regional/day routes.- Make U.S./Canada border stops and handle documentation.- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.- Meet delivery schedules and maintain logs.Qualifications- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL).- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience required.- Clean driving record required.- Required to always travel across the U.S. and Canada border (passport or enhanced license required).- Will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test successfully.- Will be required to complete a criminal record check successfully.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Required to lift to 50 lbs.- Required to sit for periods of over 4 hours.Compensation & Benefits- 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance for the employee.- Vacation and paid holidays.- Company-provided uniform and safety gear.- Opportunities for overtime and career growth.- Day shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
