We provide Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves.We Offer:- TOP PERCENTAGE pay with competitive rates- 24-hour road service department- U-SAV program offering discounts on fuel, cell phones, hotels, and more- Home every night- Average 50 hours/week- Average start time: 4 am - 8 amRESPONSIBILITIES:- Operate commercial trucks safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.- Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper securing of loads.- Transport goods to assigned destinations within scheduled timeframes.- Maintain electronic or paper logs of working hours, driving hours, and rest periods (DOT compliance).- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, incidents, or route changes.- Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation (bills of lading, delivery receipts, etc.).- Follow planned routes while adjusting for traffic or weather conditions.- Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites.- Keep equipment clean and report any necessary repairs.REQUIREMENTS:- Must be at least 21 years of age- Class A CDL- 6 months of verifiable experience in the last year- Clean driving record with proven safe-driving history- No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years- Strong time management & communication skills
