We are a revolutionary organization with a great work environment that supports creativity through self-motivation.We are expanding our US business and are seeking experienced truck drivers for Transportation and Demonstration purposes to showcase our products to Agriculture and Farming providers across the United States.Transportation and Demonstration DriverAs a Transport Driver at Ecorobotix Inc., you will be responsible for transporting agricultural machinery and equipment to various sites within the assigned region for the company’s U.S.-based operations. The role encompasses operating, loading, unloading, and precise maneuvering of the tractor used to tow our sprayer product, ARA, ensuring proper handling and safe positioning of both the tractor and sprayer at all stages of transport and deployment. Your duties will involve planning and executing transport routes, securing loads properly, adhering to safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining the operational integrity of all assigned equipment.Reporting lines and interactionsThis role will report to the United States Managing Director. This position will work closely with pre-sales, sales, and warehouse teams, as well as dealers and customers.Key Responsibilities- Safely load, transport, and unload agricultural machinery, including ARA and the tractor used to tow it.- Operate, maneuver, and position the tractor during loading, unloading, staging, and deployment activities.- Plan transportation routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, considering road conditions and restrictions for heavy loads.- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the transport vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.- Report mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies for heavy vehicle operation.- Secure agricultural machinery properly using straps, chains, and other equipment to prevent damage during transit.- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, permits, and transport records.- Provide excellent customer service through timely, professional, and courteous deliveries.- Communicate proactively regarding delays, issues, or unexpected conditions encountered during transport.- Resolve transport-related challenges, such as weather or road closures, to ensure safe and timely equipment arrival.- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Qualifications & Skills- Minimum of 2 years of experience transporting agricultural machinery or other heavy equipment.- Valid CDL (Class A or B) and any required endorsements.- Experience operating agricultural equipment, including tractors.- Ability to safely maneuver tractors on/off trailers and in tight staging environments.- Strong understanding of load balance, weight distribution, and safe towing practices.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Strong driving skills and a clean driving record.- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor, including securing large machinery.- Must be able to drive long distances and work long hours when required.- OSHA Forklift certification.- Ability to work evenings or weekends, depending on transport needs.- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).CompensationBase Salary $85,000 - $100,000, Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, 401k MatchIdeally, candidates located within 200 miles of the cities designated below will be considered as a prioritySouthEast Region: Vidalia, GA Metropolitan AreaPalm Beach County, FLSouthCentral Region:San Antonio, TX Metropolitan AreaNorthCentral Region:Sioux Falls, SD Metropolitan AreaNorthEast Region:Batavia, NY Metropolitan area
