You thrive in a fast-paced dining setting and are available to work consistent weekend shifts while providing attentive, courteous service to residents and guests./p hr / pstrongA Day in the Life:/strong/p ul li pGreet and seat residents and guests in the Assisted Living dining room/p /li li pTake food and beverage orders accurately and relay them using the POS system/p /li li pServe meals and beverages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner/p /li li pEnsure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed/p /li li pClean and reset tables and service areas between meals and at end of shift/p /li li pRestock service stations and perform side work to support dining room operations/p /li li pMaintain sanitation and infection control standards/p /li li pCommunicate resident concerns or feedback to supervisor as needed/p /li li pWork as part of a close-knit team to deliver an outstanding dining experience/p /li /ul hr / pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul li pMust be at least 18 years of age/p /li li pMust pass a physical exam and TB screening/p /li li pPrevious hospitality or customer service experience preferred/p /li li pAbility to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English/p /li li pAvailability to work every weekend on a consistent schedule/p /li li pA positive, respectful attitude and commitment to teamwork/p /li /ul hr / pAt Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier service and building a strong community.
